7 Central Okanagan SAR members responded to
search for a stranded quad rider in the Glenrosa
Road back-country area. Subject was located in
good condition and was handed over to RCMP.
6 Central Okanagan SAR members responded to
search for two lost sledders in the Greystokes area
near Kelowna. The SAR team was stood down
when the sledders managed to come out of the area
on their own.
4 Kelowna SAR members responded to search for a
despondent male who had left a suicide note in his
abandoned vehicle in the Lake Country area. SAR
were stood down by RCMP who found the subject
deceased.
