UPDATE: subject was located using the RCMP helicopter. He had numerous injuries and was taken by PenSAR’s HETS team to a waiting ambulance. Apparently he went for a hike near Buchan Bay late last night and fell. We got the call this morning when he didn’t return to camp.

COSAR is currently in Okanagan Mountain Park searching for a missing male last seen near Buchan Bay. Boat, ground, bike and heli teams are currently on task.
