COSAR Reaches 100 Tasks for 2021
It’s been quite a year for COSAR! We just hit 100 callouts for 2021, a record for our team. We are the oldest SAR group in British Columbia, operating since 1954. As you may know, we rely heavily on our amazing, highly dedicated volunteers and financial support from the community.
We would like to thank all of the wonderful people living and playing in the Okanagan as well as the businesses who support us. Today we would like to highlight two specific supporters, who helped us in organizing our 2021 Recruitment Night and Open House:

Money raised through donations and sponsorships goes towards the maintenance of team vehicles and equipment, restocking medical supplies, essential training and the purchasing of search and rescue equipment.
